Dog owners must pay a $200 fee to have DNA Pet World Registry take the dog's genetic fingerprint. Doggie droppings found in condo common areas will be collected and mailed to the company. If the poop matches the pooch, the owners can be fined up to $1,000. "This is nuts," says one tenant. They will be testing all kinds of poop. Is this America?" Maybe this will teach people to clean up after the dog now. I'm tired of walking on the sidewalk and then stepping in dog droppings because people are lazy.

Could have used this in the last building I lived in! Tenants were too lazy to pick up their dog poop especially in the winter.
