Hey guys, been shopping around and found a couple of different cards that I'm looking at picking up. The only thing is, half of this stuff is greek to me. Just wondering what would be the better choice....

The place I buy from has 2 560 2gb's available, one a TI the other not. I'll post them, and maybe you guys can tell me what the difference between the two is, other then the TI costs an extra $100 or so.

Zotac Geforce GTX560 2gb

EVGA Geforce GTX560Ti 2gb

Now I'll throw this one in there, because I've heard a few of the guys are running ATI's and are quite impressed with them...

HIS AMD 6950 2gb

Any and all help is appreciated. I would look at throwing in something big like a 7970 or 590, but I'm trying to keep the budget somewhat low, as I plan on revamping my cpu, mobo, and ram in the next few months, and will probably look at SLI or Crossfire at that time, depending what brand I pick up.

Reasearch in Motion has been blowing out their Blackberry Playbooks since before Christmas here in Canada. Typical prices are $200 for 16 gb, $250 for 32 gb and $300 for 64 gb. They're still on sale here and as far as I know RIM is going to continue to support them. Their selection of apps is still a little weak. (They are promising a new O/S and more apps this month.) I got the 16 gb model and it's well worth the price. Great for surfing, checking email and face-to-face wireless conversations with your friends (all kinds of my friends have them now). I got mine loaded up with movies and tv shows for my trip next week. Great HD-like picture. Just thought I'd mention it. Don't know if they are on sale in the States.

Funny, my buddy bought two of the 16 gb models. So I jokingly says to him, "Now you can have a conversation with yourself." And he says, "Yes, but I'm getting all kinds of feedback on the audio." I think he was serious.

*Baked Pork Chops with Italian Seasoning*

 *Ingredients*

* 2 lbs pork chops (about 3 to 4 pieces)
* 2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon...

Baked Pork Chops with Italian Seasoning

Ingredients

2 lbs pork chops (about 3 to 4 pieces)

2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

Cooking Procedure

Rub salt and pepper on the pork chops.You need to sprinkle salt and pepper on one side of the pork chop then rub it on the whole surface. Make sure to distribute the salt and pepper evenly on the side where you are rubbing. After completely rubbing the first side, flip the pork chop over then do the same process on the other side.

Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and let stand for 30 minutes. Sprinkle or dash the Italian seasoning on top of the pork chops; makes sure to cover both sides. Set the pork chops aside for at least 30 minutes so that the seasonings can penetrate to the meat. This adds more flavor and aroma.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Similar to what we do in baking breads, the oven needs to be preheated at least 10 minutes before baking. This ensures that the oven is hot enough before the meat is placed. In addition, this also assures us that the meat is properly cooked based on the baking time indicated. You see, there is a big possibility of having the meat undercooked if the timer is started while the desired oven temperature has not been reached yet.

Place the pork chops in a roasting pan with rack and bake for 45 minutes. Putting the meat in a roasting pan with rack while baking is highly recommended. The rack plays an important role in preserving the inner juices of the meat because heat is transferred through convection (placing the meat on a flat metal tray can possibly burn the meat and release its juices).This also allows excess fats to drip in the roasting pan leaving you a healthier meal. You might need to flip the meat in the middle of the process so that both sides are consistent.

Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving plate.

Serve hot with your favorite sauce on the side. Share and enjoy!
